Teflon is the full name of polytetrafluoroethylene, referred to as PTFE, with a molecular formula of -[CF2=CF2]-n. It is a perfluorinated crystalline thermoplastic plastic with a white resin color. It has excellent high and low temperature resistance, low friction and wear, chemical corrosion resistance, high electrical strength, non-stick, weather resistance and other properties and good physical and mechanical properties. It is widely used in various industries. Teflon film is used in the electronics industry, especially in the flat panel display industry, as a consumable material, such as TFT LCD, COG, SMT, PDP and other processing and production processes. Its mechanism of action is that when the ACF-Bonding hot press machine uses heat and pressure to stick the driver IC to the glass, the Teflon film can play a role in high temperature resistance and impact resistance, preventing glass breakage caused by PCB step difference and particles.
